Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Field business or your Expense space at any time. The owner of the business or space makes the request; our team reviews it and then closes it for everyone in it.

Ask in the app

• Expense (phone app): open Settings → Delete account.
• Field on your phone: open Settings → Delete account.
• Field on the web (field.managics.ai): open Settings → Security → Delete account.
• Garage on the web: open Settings → Members → Delete account.

Only the owner sees this option. You can add a reason if you like, and we send a one-time code to your phone or email to make sure it is really you. Until our team approves the request, everything keeps working and you can cancel it from the same place.

Write to support@managics.ai from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with and the name of the business or space. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act.

What happens next

• Our team reviews the request.
• Once it is approved, nobody can use the business or space any more.
• Its data — customers, jobs, expenses, budgets, photos, messages and the rest — is permanently erased 30 days after approval. Within those 30 days you can ask us to restore it.
• The sign-ins of people who belong to no other business are erased too. If you also belong to another business, your sign-in stays for that one.

What we keep

• Invoices and payment records are kept, because tax and company law require us to keep financial records.
• A short record that you asked for deletion and when it was done.

Store subscriptions

If you pay through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it in the store's subscription settings.
