This notice covers the managics.ai website, run by Signifact Solutions Private Limited, Tamil Nadu, India ("Managics"). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: see the Expense Tracker privacy policy and the Field Service privacy policy.

What we collect on this website

When you submit a form on a product page we store the details you enter (name, email, phone, company, country, your answers to the product questions and your message), the page you were on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the URL, and the time you agreed to this notice.

Why

Only to reply to your request about the product you asked about — a demo, sales enquiry, beta access or partnership. We do not sell or share these details for advertising.

Where it goes

Your details are stored securely with our cloud hosting provider and are seen only by the Managics team.

Retention

We keep your enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.
